  • We ship items out the next business day via Fedex or USPS. Saturday, Sunday and Holidays are not business days. Please expect 2-7 business days to receive your order. We ship our of our warehouse in Southern California.
  • We also offer expedited shipment-next day and 2nd day air shipment service.
    • FEDEX 2 day shipping is available as an option at checkout. Orders placed with FEDEX 2nd Day Air shipping must be placed by 12PM (Noon) Pacific Standard Time in order for the order to ship out on the same day as order placed. Please contact us for other (Overnight) expedited shipping rates.
    • Alternatively, we offer more flexible shipping options through our new site www.pureblueh2oshop.com - you can browse the same products in a more optimized environment.
  • We try our best to make sure all items are in stock. On occasion our inventory count will be off. You will be notified immediately by email if the product is on back order.
